Vegas isn’t expecting another conference hangover from the Miami Hurricanes. Sitting at 5-1 with wins over Notre Dame, Florida, USF, Florida State, and Bethune-Cookman, Mario Cristobal’s squad will stay home in Miami Gardens as a heavy favorite.

Early odds have the No. 9 Hurricanes listed as a four-score favorite against Stanford. FanDuel opened Miami at -29.5, while BetMGM has the Hurricanes as a 30.5-point favorite heading into Saturday’s matchup (October 25) at Hard Rock Stadium.

Oddsmakers set the point total at 48.5, projecting a final score around 39-10 in favor of Miami.

ESPN Analytics is also high on the Canes, giving them a 96.3% chance to win as they look to stay in the College Football Playoff hunt.

As I say every week, whoever you pick, bet responsibly.

I think that spread is ridiculous. I would bet Stanford in that all day. But I still think we should win by 21 at the least.

Our fan base seems to think we can’t dominate a terrible Stanford team after losing by 3 to the 19th ranked team while throwing 4 picks 🤔 I still haven’t seen not one Betslip posted

Losing by 3 to an unranked team that is now #19 after beating us…let’s not sugar coat anything.
