Mario Cristobal and the Miami Hurricanes football staff have extended an offer to 2028 three-star safety Troy Bishop

Bishop is out of Santa Ana, (CA) where he plays high school football at Mater Dei High School. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound safety currently holds eight additional offers from colleges such as Miami, Arizona, Arizona State, Idaho, Oregon State, UCLA, Oregon, and the Kansas Jayhawks.

According to the 247Sports Composite Recruiting Rankings, Bishop currently holds a three-star rating. He also ranks as the No. 431 player in his class, the No. 35 safety, and the No. 33 player out of California.

Bishop has only been on one unofficial visit, which was to the UCLA Bruins this past spring.

During his sophomore season with the Monarchs he racked up a total of 39 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, 4.3 tackles per game, four interceptions, and three pass deflections.

Bishop adds another prospect for the Hurricanes in the 2028 recruiting class.
