After going 2-0 last week, starting it off with a 75-66 win over No. 16 North Carolina Tar Heels, and then escaping NC State on the road 77-76, the Miami Hurricanes men's basketball are still getting no love in this week’s Associated Press Poll.
Miami hasn’t been ranked all season. Not once.
They're currently receiving votes, with 10 votes going towards Miami, which sets up Miami for being ranked No. 30 in the country.
The AP Poll lists 8 unranked teams as receiving at least one vote, and Miami isn’t even in that group. After knocking off a top-20 team and winning a Quad 1 road game, the Hurricanes are still on the outside looking in.
Meanwhile, Michigan, Houston, Duke, Arizona, and UConn make up the new top five.
