Miami’s men’s basketball team hasn’t broken into the AP Top 25 yet this season, but the latest poll shows the Hurricanes are right on the doorstep.

After opening the year 12–2, Miami picked up five votes in the most recent AP poll, putting the Canes just outside the rankings.

The ACC remains well represented in the Top 25, led by No. 6 Duke. North Carolina checks in at No. 17, followed by No. 20 Louisville, No. 23 Virginia, and No. 24 SMU.
