Mario Cristobal and the Miami Hurricanes coaching staff have been hunting down top talent to add to their 2027 recruiting class. Miami has added four commitments to the class in under five days, leading the Hurricanes to a top-five recruiting class ranking. The Hurricanes added three defensive players and only one offensive player to the class.

This past Sunday, Ai'King Hall started the party, who flipped his commitment from the Oregon Ducks to Miami. Hall is currently ranked as the No. 9 cornerback in his class. The same day, Jayvon Dawson announced his pledge to Miami, after trimming his list a week prior to six schools. Yesterday afternoon, Jatori Williams announced his pledge to the Hurricanes, adding another massive body to the offensive line for coach Alex Mirabal, standing at 6-foot-5, 340-pounds. One of the top linebackers in the country, AJ Randle, announced right after Williams.

According to the 247Sports Team Rankings, the additions of Hall, Dawson, Williams, and Randle boosted Miami from the No. 8 recruiting class to the No. 4 in a matter of a week.

The Hurricanes currently hold 15 commitments in the 2027 recruiting class, highlighted by five-stars Donte Wright, Israel Abrams, and Nick Lennear. As we get closer to the month of June, one of the biggest recruiting months of the year, Mario Cristobal will have tons of recruits visiting the campus.

The Hurricanes class currently looks like:

5-star -Donte Wright - No. 2 CB
5-star - Israel Abrams - No. 2 QB
5-star - Nick Lennear - No. 3 WR
4star - Ai’King Hall - No. 9 CB
