Elite 4-star SS Zayden Gamble Trims List, Includes Miami

Four-star safety Zayden Gamble out of (Fort Lauderdale, FL) where he plays high school football for St. Thomas Aquinas has narrowed down his list to four schools, with the Miami Hurricanes and Mario Cristobal making the cut.



Gamble, a 6-foot-1, 190-pound safety, announced on Twitter yesterday afternoon that he is getting closer to a college decision, trimming his list down to Miami, Florida, Notre Dame, and Ohio State.

According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction machine, the Miami Hurricanes hold a 86.4% chance to land the local stud linebacker.

The St. Thomas Aquinas linebacker standout is the No. 216 overall player in the 2027 247Sports Composite Rankings. Gambles is the No. 23 overall player in Florida.

Gamble has been recruited highly by many top power-five schools in the College Football world. Gamble holds over 46 total offers.

The Hurricanes have some momentum on the trail. We will find out soon if that turns into a commit for Gambles.
