With the weekend rapidly approaching and a high-noon kickoff at Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday, the good news for the Hurricanes is that the injury list did not grow much over the last week.
The availability report was released Wednesday, and the same six Hurricanes who were listed as out against Florida State reappeared on this week’s report.
OUT
Joshua Moore
Marty Brown
Ja’Boree Antoine
OJ Frédérique
Max Buchanan
Luka Gilbert
Milan Pharris (WR) was added as doubtful for the Hurricanes, making him the lone addition compared to last week’s report.
Pittsburgh, on the other hand, had 11 players listed on its report, with eight ruled out, including star QB Mason Heintschel, who is out for the season. Another big name for the Panthers who could miss the game is RB Ja’Kyrian Turner, who is listed as questionable. Turner has appeared in only three games for the Panthers this year due to injury, with his last appearance coming against UNC on October 10.
