Five-star power forward Caleb Gaskins will reveal his college choice today. Currently ranked 16th in the 2026 class by the 247 Rankings, Gaskins is considering schools like Miami, Florida, and Texas A&M.
Unless something unexpected happens between now and his commitment, it’s expected that Gaskins will choose the Hurricanes from my understanding.
Miami has long been viewed as the frontrunner for Gaskins. On3’s Jamie Shaw logged RPM picks on Monday in favor of Gaskins landing with the Hurricanes.
Miami assistant coach Andrew Moran has played a key role in Gaskins’ recruitment. Moran coached him last season at Christopher Columbus, where the team captured a national title, and also worked with him on the Nightrydas Elite AAU squad, which went on to win the Peach Jam this past summer.
