4-star QB Israel Abrams Sets Visit To Miami

Four-star quarterback Israel Abrams, out of Montini Catholic High School (Arlington Heights, IL) has locked in a visit to Miami. The expecting date that Abrams will come down to Coral Gables will be next month, in the month of March.



Abrams is the newest quarterback target on board for the Hurricanes 2027 class. Miami offered him this past weekend, along with many other top program such as Purdue, Florida State, Auburn, Kentucky, Tennessee plus many other schools are involved in his recruitment.

Abrams is also expecting to take visits to Purdue (May 22), Auburn (June 5) Florida State (June 12, and Kentucky (June 19).



According to the 247Sports Composite, Abrams is ranked as the No. 61 overall prospect in the nation and the No. 5 quarterback in the 2027 class. He also checks in as the No. 4 player in the state of Illinois.

Abrams was named the MaxPreps Illinois Player of the Year. He led Montini Catholic to a 14-0 record and a 4A state title. During his junior season he completed 233 of his 340 passes (68.5%) for 4,072 yards with 40 touchdowns and six interceptions, while also rushing the football 82 times for 224 yards, and 10 touchdowns.

According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, the newest quarterback the Hurricanes offered is projected top land at the Auburn Tigers with a 88.1% chance for the Tigers to land the 6-foot-4, 185-pound quarterback.

I like this kid. I am glad this moved quickly. He just needs to add some weight. I like him and Davidson. I haven't gotten a look at Mencl yet. We need to get that QB in the class soon.
