Miami received some big news on the recruiting side of things, with a Tampa, (FL) linebacker trimming his list, and putting the Miami Hurricanes in his remaining choices.
Four-star linebacker Kaden Henderson trimmed his list, on Friday to five schools, with the Miami Hurricanes included.
Along with the Hurricanes: Texas A&M, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Alabama all made the cut for the 6-foot-2, 218-pound linebacker.
He attends Jesuit High School in Tampa, Florida, and has received over 35 total offers, according to 247Sports. Notable teams that have offered him include Miami, Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Ohio State, Florida, and several others.
The 6-foot-2, 200-pound standout is rated the nation's No. 24 overall prospect and No. 1 linebacker, as well as the No. 3 prospect in the state of Florida.
During this past season with Jesuit High School, he finished his junior season with 49 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 20 quarterback hurries, nine sacks, four pass break ups, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery. He also missed five games due to an injury.
