The visitors list for the Miami Hurricanes rivalry game against the Florida State Seminoles continues to grow as top-250 safety in the 2028 recruiting class Cyion Smith is set to visit Miami on October 17th.

Smith is a 6-foot-3, and 160-pound safety, who set multiple visits to top power-five programs on Saturday: USF (September 5th), Louisville (September 19th), Miami (October 17th), Auburn (October 24th), Florida (November 7th), Oregon (November 14th), and Michigan (November 21st).

According to the 247Sports Composite Recruiting Rankings, he is currently viewed as a four-star propsect. He ranks as the nation's No. 245 overall player, No. 19 safety, and No. 31 player out of the Sunshine State.

He represents Blountstown High School in Blountstown, Florida, where he led the Tigers to an overall record of 12-1 and 6-0 in district play. During his sophomore season, he recorded a total of 50 tackles, four tackles for loss, 10 pass breakups, one forced fumble, and seven interceptions. As of today, he holds a total of 22 offers.

With Smith locking in his visit, the Hurricanes now add another top blue-chip prospect to the recruiting visitors list for one of the biggest games on the schedule. The list is headlined by five-star edge rusher Asher Ghioto and four-star safety CJ Craig-James.
