3-star 2028 RB Marquece Sharpe Receives Offer From Miami

Three-star, class of 2028 running back Marquece Sharpe announced this morning that he has received a scholarship offer to play for the Miami Hurricanes.



Sharpe now holds an additional 12 offers: Miami, Virginia Tech, Nebraska, North Carolina, Pittsburgh, Penn State, Colorado, Marshall, Liberty, East Carolina, and Maryland. Running back coach Favian Upshaw extended him the offer.

Sharpe is a 5-foot-11, 195-pound running back, who plays for Loudoun Sports Academy High School in Woodbridge, Virginia. This past season with the Timberwolves, he recorded 1,073 rushing yards and 17 touchdowns on 164 carries.

According to On3 Recruiting Rankings, he is currently viewed as a three-star prospect. He also ranks as the nations's No. 657 overall player, No. 45 running back, and No. 14 out of Virginia.
