this is great news - would have been in a log jam behind X and Ray Ray.....if he puts everything into it he could be a game changer on D. We need someone like Phillip Buchanan who would house INTs and Punt returns regularly

WR but he is thickly built. Agreed his explosiveness at WR is special. But man, I can’t help but wonder what it would look like if you took a kid with his elite speed & athleticism & turned him into a CB how good he could be... Although I bet he probably has no interest in playing Corner...

I wonder how much interest he has in playing CB. If he continues to be buried on the depth chart after the spring and into the fall.....

I had no idea Saban recruited him at CB. Thats all I needed to hear honestly. Saban convinced Trevon Diggs to make the switch and that turned out well....So this is a No brainer for me. Our CB depth is embarrassing. He could easily get on the field in the 2 deep this season if he sets his mind to it and fully commits. We got nothing behind Porter, Brown, and Richard as far as true CBs. Nothing.
