If there's a loophole to get out of GOR then it will happen...If I'm right just folding the ACC won't get us cleared from ESPN so there's hurdles to jump still...

The programs have their agreement with the conference ... and the term was extended WITH NO CONSIDERATION received by the members. There is a legit legal basis for the position that the GOR is not enforceable period. The schools agreement is with the conference ... not with ESPN. Very difficult to litigate with any reasonable expectation that ESPN can win.

it was the best story and most intriguing of the three imo. the originals characters were just so interesting and the amount of history they had within the show. good decision by them to turn it into a spinoff.
