3) Elite DL

**** people will bring up LSU and say “they got it done without a elite trenches” yet they still had 10 OL/DL drafted from that natty team.

Is it a stretch to say Lane couldn’t give you 1 of the 3 up top? I’d say so. He’s Riley Lite.

The 1983 UM NC team surely did not have an "elite" OL. Not sure any of the others did either with the exception of the 2001 squad. Rarely a UM strong point, even at our best.

I don’t see a 5*. Bain was/is an absolute technician with multiple pass rush moves and incredible power. Blount looks like a tweener who’s never gonna be twitched up enough to dominate off the edge. Technique is very raw too.
