Former Bama LB that transferred to Arkansas St I believe. Transferring again.

That 2019 Bama class was the ultimate feast or famine

Wasn’t he the one who said he was going to “shock the world” for his commitment?

Probably looking for an NIL package , not sure if it was available or he got one from Arkansas State when he transferred after the 2021 season?
He does have 2 years of eligibility left. 6-5 240 LB.

Wowzers!!!! 24 out of 27 recruits were in the ESPN top 300 with one of the recruits being the #1 kicker and one being John Metchie. By comparison Miami had 4 ESPN 300 recruits. That’s a 6 to 1 ratio. What a terrible class Miami signed. I posted the link if you are curious and have time.

Most of the recruits aren’t even on the team anymore. The ones who are, aren’t really contributing anyways with a couple of studs. Zion, Jakai, and Big Lou “Undertaker” Hedley rounding out the studs. Which by the way are at the bottom of our rankings for recruits. We have a couple that are in wait and see mode like Jafari, JHH, Couch, and Keontra.

Edit: not including transfers with assessment

Maybe - might have made more sense to ball out for a year and look for a good NIL package for a grad transfer year vs now when he has 6 total tackles in his 3 year career while now looking for his 3rd team in 8 months.

It says he was an outlier
It says Good Coaches and Evaluators don’t always rely on rankings but trust their eyes and own evaluations. Elite players are no brainers and the 10 percent. The bulk of recruiting is properly evaluating and identifying the 90 percent. Every Coach can Identify the 10 percent, Saban has mastered the 90 percent while getting his share of the 10 percent.
