I took it as trolling. I also took Roman as the former contributor and not Greg Roman (lol) so maybe he wasn't. Lawd I hope Chud isn't a real option. Arroyo can't be anything more than a WR coach.

I figured Gattis signed a 2-year guaranteed deal, which I've understood most coordinators at top FBS programs receive these days.

There are several 2022 coaches who were encouraged to seek employment elsewhere.
In addition, there is one 2022 coach who can be fired for cause.
Two things can be true at the same time, no matter what your narrow mind can conceptualize.

I get your point… but these coaches are made whole. He’s going to get every dime he agreed to on his contract. Won’t even have to work the next two years if he doesn’t want and more than likely will have another high 6 figure job within the next 30 days so need to feel sorry for any of these coaches who get shown the door. Not many industries where you can be totally inept and come out way better financially (see Willie Taggart)…
So don’t you go feeling all sorry for Josh Gattis.
