Based on last year's sample size, we've got the best odds with the 3rd and 4th week visitors. But I think there were some anomalies with last year and Mario placed a heavy emphasis on flipping kids that didn't visit in June and the 3rd week only had 6 visitors. So far, we appear like we'll have more public visitors. Obviously, IDK about the private visits.
