Plain and simple, Mario needs to overhaul this entire staff. Elite coordinators need to be hired and given full autonomy. He needs to recruit, sit in a corner and that's it..

If he doesn't do the above mentioned, no amount of talent will ever have us competing for anything meaningful with how God awful he is as a game day coach. There's a reason he had two 4 loss seasons and one 3 loss season in his 4 years as HC at Oregon. And it wasn't for a lack of talent or being in a strong conference.
