The fundamental problem with Manny is that he’s weak. Soft.

He’s a smart guy, he’s willing to make changes, he tries to correct for his weakness/softness… but he always seems to regress back to weakness.

Part of me thinks he may be a good HC in a few years after taking his lumps as a new HC - because he’s a smart guy who is willing to make changes…

But his habit to regress back to weakness may ultimately be something he can’t ever overcome.
