Miami with 5 combine invites lines up with about an 8-4 team which is what this team should have been.

Need to get back to the days of having 8-12 or even more.

Not much of a surprise that Michigan gets 18, Washington 13, FSU 12, Texas 11, UGA 11, Alabama 10, Penn State 10, ND and LSU with 8.

Those were the better teams, and the better teams have the better talent.

My knee jerk reaction is to agree - no way we only win 7 games next year.

But I also think "no way we only win 7 games" every year

In reality - 12 out of our last 18 seasons we've won 7 or less games

History ain't on our side

EDIT - dear lord I'm an idiot and read that wrong. But 7 combine invites next year is going to be a struggle
