We were well coached tonight on both sides of the ball.

This game is the same as Ohio State in 2011, gonna be a lot of chest beating about nothing. That's not a good team we played. But we finally played a well rounded game where both sides of the ball showed up.

Feels good.

I agree. Probably the most impressive win Golden has had here. This VT team is bad but we lost to or played down to worse teams under Golden. My only criticism is how **** slow we play on offense. Up against the play clock on every play. We could have easily dropped 40+ tonight with a faster pace.

The way you beat VTech is in the trenches. Even our best collections of talent, in 01 and 02, won ugly and leaned on the run game. No shame in slowing it down. Real easy to get sidetracked and have **** go astray in that stadium.

I'm just surprised our staff pulled it off.
