I know the timeout usage is usually on the HC and he probably should have said 'hey, why arent we kneeling' but isn't the not kneeling on the OC?

The only thing that makes any type of sense to me as to why they didnt kneel is that they wanted to get Chany over 100 yards. But if that is why they ran the ball, that is a really really dumb decision

Not trying to dog TVD, but asking a serious question... is it normal for the QB to go sit on the bench in a situation like this? I feel like normally they would be reviewing what went wrong/what they could do for the next drive not sitting by themselves on the bench.
