Any defensive assistant would be crazy to pass up working/learning from Wink Martindale. Dude has like 5 guys that worked under him in the last 3 years that are current NFL HC/DC (Macdonald, Minter, Zachary Orr, Anthony Waever, Dennard Wilson).

I agree. Dabo also had the resources to hire coaches and bags for recruits. UCLA doesn’t have either. One person who never gets credit for Clemson’s success is Woody McCorvey. Without him, Dabo doesnt make it out of year 3.
