Being that the B1G had no problem busting up a century old conference, particularly one it had a close relationship with for decades as their champions annually met in the Rose Bowl, I'm not sure the AAU accreditation is all that important anymore. If FOX wants FSU, they'll get FSU.

And as of yesterday, UAB's football team is the first where the entire team has joined a union. Power 4 schools are being targeted for union membership as well. It will be interesting (perhaps frightening) to see what becomes of college football in the next 5-10 years.

The Big 12 had an agreement to keep the payouts the same for each school with the addition of the PAC 12 castoffs. Do we know the networks will give them the same deal for any further additions?
