They don’t have to… they could say since he’s not playing they don’t have to pay and there’s not much he can do about it. They probably will but I’d like for him to be a tad more “uncomfortable” for a semester or two.

Yeah I think the waiver is tied to him gaining immediately eligibility but not whether he can ever play for FSU… For me… if he genuinely transferred because of a sick close family member or whatever his reason was then having immediate eligibility shouldn’t matter much if his concern was to be...

I thought the same thing if he ultimately transferred there to comeback and bring a guy or with him it’d be epic… routing them in the fall would be the icing on the Trojan Horse cake.
