Goes to show they opportunity they have in front of them. Major playing time and the class that starts to turn this around. Wouldn’t be surprised if this is a 2008 like team next year. A bunch of true freshman taking major snaps.

Pretty sure that Mario has told these recruits, and it’s not hard for them to see this, that this current team is a mess and that they’re needed for the turnaround.

Next year will be better. More talent, a new OC, and kids that want to work. Won’t be a ten win team, but if we end up 5-7 and rebound to like 9-4 next year, that’ll be a big step up. We won’t know what our future is until 2024. Need to see if this rebuild works.

Kelly inherited major talent at LSU. Lincoln Riley basically cycled out USC’s roster. Mario left Lanning a team loaded with talent. None of those teams are like us.

Brown plays hard. Once his mechanics are polished, he’ll be a really really good QB.

I agree with that. However, like last year, getting to that 6-7 win mark depends on having some luck. We won multiple games last year with some luck and the skin of our teeth. Haven’t had that this year.

There isn’t a universe where this is a talented team. They’re as soft and as low football IQ players as I’ve ever seen.

I don’t know how anyone can watch this and not come to the conclusion that this roster is our biggest problem. Mario hasn’t gotten the best he could out of these guys, and on that he’s failed. He also hired the wrong OC and QB coach. But we need a roster turnover bad, and if we look this bad...

Hey, this goes one of two ways. Either this is one of the first frames we see in the U part three, or Mario doesn’t work out here. Either way, tonight is what it is.

This team had better players last year. We also had a bunch of games that we won by the skin of our teeth. Biggest difference is we aren’t winning those games, and this roster is worse.

Gattis was a bad hire. We need to shakeup our offensive staff. But we have a team littered with low football IQ players. Players that have never been held accountable, and that were welcomed into a culture of rot and mediocrity. This year is what it is. I’m giving Mario three years to turn...

Gonna be quite the turnaround when Jaccuri is a Junior lighting things up. Kid has the raw skills, and he’ll have talent around him.
