The main difference between Diaz and Cristobal is that Cristobal looks the part. I said when Diaz got fired for Mario, it was a marginal upgrade. Cristobal is a better recruiter, but that's not worth an additional 5 million per year. He's a worse game day coach and even less willing to adapt...
