That's a fair point. Was he also OC when UF would play musical chairs with Leak and Tebow? On the flip side, I like the "multiple-ness" of an offense that can be both pass-intensive yet also switch to a more bludgeoning style in certain situations. Gives the D different things to prep for.

I've always understood that the coordinators do less recruiting and more of the recruiting is passed onto the position coaches. I think he'd be a great hire. We have a HC that is a great recruiter in his own right and I suspect we'll build a good staff of position coaches on both sides of the...
