    Again, big difference here between a guy who just diets and one that is consistently working power moves, as a football player should be. Being swollen at the core is going to make a huge difference in terms of visible abs.

    Under 5% body fat is **** near impossible, especially while retaining muscle mass. At 10% body fat you're absolutely shredded and most people never get to that point.

    No way on earth I'm believing a guy at 315 and under 15% body fat is only benching slightly over his body weight. Those numbers don't even come close to adding up.
