I guess they could send a guy (whose name ends in a vowel) to the house with a baseball bat. That's another way to claw back - at least when dealing in cash.
Not buying it. I'm pretty sure, under their Napoleonic Code, they're allowed to pilfer from any library or children's hospital in order to benefit LSU athletics.
