Clean it up, Louisville. Your community deserves the best police force tax money can afford. There should be harsh inner-departmental penalties for a cop to not having an issued body camera turned on. Tax money was spent to fund the wearing of the camera. To not wear it appropriately is--philosophically--tax money theft.
