What the **** has happened to Lamar Miller?

Line's not blocking and he's had a lot of carries. He'd be best carrying the ball about 12 times a game IMO--that or less. The line also is periodically deciding whether they care to block which is not helping him. Clements and James run harder but it's not like they're capable of just creating some hole when the line won't block. They aren't setting the world ablaze with their runs.

The OL has been bad at run blocking all season. If it weren't for Lamar's ability to hit the home run our rushing numbers would be pretty **** bad.

Seems like he got wore down. Maybe some injuries too. He doesn't seem as explosive as he had early on this year. He had a 22 yard run against Duke and nothing else much the last 3-4 games in terms of breakout runs? That's not LM.

Team are also bottling him up pretty well and are willing to let us beat them through the air. He did almost hit the century mark against a tough F$U defense and to me that game took quite a bit out of him. He didn't look the same this weekend.

He looks like a kid who is hurt. Anyone who has played the game knows it's tough to lay the wood when you are hurt. Especially true if the injury is an upper body injury.

The first round talk was crazy to begin with.

Why do people keep thinking this kid couldn't go in the 1st round? He's 210+, run a legit 4.3, and has decent hands. Plus he's not a spread RB, so teams know the learning curve wont take too long. At worst, Lamar is a change of pace RB (with great size) that can 'house it' on any carry. Plus, most teams use a 2 back system anyway. If I'm Green Bay, why not take the chance...

If the NFL deems him a "change of pace back" there is zero chance he goes in the first round. Those type of backs go like third and later.
