It's nice to be a very conditioned team but I still don't see the strength and power gains. Where's the lower leg development and core development?
We get destroyed at the point of attack and it ain't got **** to do with bench press numbers. It has to do with lower leg, explosive hip drive power.

I want to believe Golden can fix this alone... but I've always thought we needed new blood in that weight room. I'd love to get an LSU, Bama, or even FSU asst and give him the reigns.

Tommy Moffit is the best in the biz... you can't tell me he doesn't have competent proteges at this point (and yes I know Swasey was here under Moffit... but it's not showing)

We're still way undersized, and make up for it with average speed and weak tackling.
 
The freshman have not been through Utough. The freshmen are the ones getting the PT.
