Leaving out Bama makes sense and and leaving out ND makes even more sense imo....but it makes absolutely no sense to leave Miami out. So the committee can **** off the SEC (I'd be shocked), the ACC, or a single ******* school. If they have time to think about it and still don't pick Miami...the ACC is even more ****ed than i thought possible.

As crazy as it is, I feel the same way. The committee doesn’t care about us but ESPN needs the acc to maintain some credibility. With a lot of other factors at play, I feel a little optimism that this will help put us on

Yea let’s put James Madison and Tulane in while teams like Miami, Texas, and Vanderbilt are sitting at home. For the love of god can we do away with the G5 teams, nobody wants to see that crap.

College football doesn’t know what to do with playoff expansion half the committee thinks it’s basketball and half the committee needs to treat it more like basketball. They need a crash course with the NCAA basketball committee for real.
 
The university needs to pull out of the ACC. I would not be surprised if this whole committee bs goes away to something different. They are setting themselves up for a lawsuit as the weeks go by. AD’s should not be allowed on the committee due to conflict of interest and bias. I think going back to a computer system will be the fix.

I don't think Irish should be out either. Bama the supposed runner up is a bubble team. They were the 5th place SEC team and like Duke snuck into the championship by a series of dumb tie breaks. They had a chance to win the league as a 5th place team and got steam rolled. That, in addition to the *** football they played the second half of season should make this easy. SEC still has a first runner up of Ole Miss, fillowed by a second runner up of TAM then another of OK, who beat the 5th place Bama. Why does this even matter. They had a shot a blew it.

Yea I don’t think you can compare the two. March Madness has 64 teams instead of 12 so you can afford to give those smaller schools a shot. 12 spots just isn’t enough to waste it on G5 teams. Plus, in basketball Cinderella stories are possible because it’s 5v5 and all you need is 1-2 stars to make a run. The three point shot can neutralize the more talented team as well. If they expand the field then by all means give the G5 teams a chance, but right now space is at a premium.

Hmmm… I wonder if there any LAWSUITS Miami could’ve been apart of to get itself out of this conference…

I wonder how Miami voted to weaken the power of the conference by adding three new bottom dweller conferences…
 
Heather said Alabama should get a boost over us for having a win over the sec champs but no mention of Miami heat to head over notre dame wtf

But I’m not referring to the G5. I’m referring to the bubble like if somebody’s on the bubble and they lose they can be out a conference championship game isn’t infallible

Computer systems get programmed by humans. There will always be a scam unless they go to NFL style divisions.
 
I keep hearing this bull**** that yes, we beat ND head to head, but if we played now, they would win. How do they know that? ND how 2 tough teams on their schedule and lost both. Yes they dominated weaker teams while we played Marioball…
