I wouldn't say officially because he still like Miami a lot and is planning his visit, but it will be very tough.
 
I would love to have him on the team, but he has to do what's best for himself

Not being confrontational--what don't you like? I watched video on him just yesterday and was really impressed with the combination of technique/size/speed that I saw. I thought he had a good feel for the game, and I was really impressed with how he uses his hands.

Throughout his recruitment it's been noted that LSU and Alabama are his top two choices but neither were actively recruiting him. With those two slow playing him, he named Miami and FSU his co-favorites (some sites will say Miami was #1, some said FSU was)

LSU ends up losing a DE to USC and started turning up the heat on Williams as a Plan B kid. The majority including myself now think it's a long shot considering he has a child and would love to play at LSU. Hopefully he's a little sour at the thought of being slow played, and takes his visits.
