As I am working more and more from home (with my home office being far from my router), adding more and more wireless equipment, I am in need of a wifi booster/enhancer. Any recommendations?

Get mesh WiFi. This is a very good one that I recommend.

No more extenders which suck and are not constantly connected to the router. Go mesh. You can find it in Amazon, or Best Buy or even Ebay but I'd try the first two options first. I have it and love it. 5,000 home and not a single dead spot or slow area.
