Not a legal type but other court orders have been ignored. So we shall see what is next. This should be it but then again it should have never came to this. For you legal types... is this the final word for the ETS?
Doesn’t matter to them. They will do what they did when it was struck down by lower courts. “Encourage” private companies to mandate it.Not a legal type but other court orders have been ignored. So we shall see what is next. This should be it but then again it should have never came to this.
Pull the legal protection from the manufacturer and the business for when people have side effects. Would see how righteous they are when millions of dollars per person are on the line.Doesn’t matter to them. I'm not a legal type of guy... but I think we all know this was an overreach of their power and the Supreme Court appropriately shot it down (even with the looneys still voting for it). It really should have been 9-0 since it was unconstitutional and even the Prez knew it cause he even admitted early in his presidency that he wasn't going to do it and didn't they they could. Then he changed his tune and said they were looking into it... then he did the worst possible move in pulling out troops in Afghanistan before evacuating citizens, and to cover it up he introduces the mandate right in middle of that *** up.For you legal types... is this the final word for the ETS?
Here's the problem. The Supreme Court didn't listen to the legal experts on tv.
