Make no mistake, if the muppets have their way, it will FUNDAMENTALLY serve as a basis to re-policy (not pass laws) the United States into an unrecognizable shell.

1A, 2A, pick-an-"injustice", taxes...wholesale changes will be based on this in the years to come.

Let's hope the adults put the muppets in the corner on this one.

I predict a very limited opinion Saying something like “No where in the enabling legislation did Congress give OSHA the power to order the entire population to receive gene therapy or lose their jobs. The regulation is therefore invalid.” A 6-3 vote will motivate the left to again call for 15 new Biden appointed Justices………

The talking heads on MSM seem to think it's dead in the water. I hope they're right. But I listened to much of the audio broadcast today and only 3 judges gave me the anti-mandate warm and fuzzies (you guys already know which 3).

Yes, the smarter ones. The ones who have, it would seem, actually have read the Constitution.

Kinda an important job requirement.

That’s the only reason needed to knock it down. There’s no more to be said. OSHA doesn’t have the power. It’s troubling that this obviously unconstitutional act made it to SCOTUS.

It's the muppet way.

They are so devoid of any character or meaning in life, they know they can't get an actual law passed, so they resort to "Admin Law" manuevers. Particulary via agencies that are rife with muppets.

They can, and will continue, to justify the most insane policy from the lessons they've learned in Pandemic 101.

It's critical muppets are beaten back, and beaten back resoundingly.

This is only the beginning for them.

Were I king for a day, I would declare muppetism a public health crisis and act accordingly.
