With another run or two, we might see Keysor or Mixon instead of Gates.

For the newbies; this is what I’m saying about college baseball being so different than the pros. Good teams crush in the 7th/8th innings as they grind down college staffs.

Teams like Miami should be beating up the bullpens of teams like Rutgers and our midweek opponents.

Wild pitches plates another. 9-3.

Lala draws a walk to load them again.

Team has taken advantage of opportunities this weekend. Hope that’s a character trait for the rest of the year.

Amditis grounds out to third to the inning. Should be Keysor’s debut in the 9th.

Watched Friday's and Sundays game nice way to start the season.team looks really good can't wait for next weekend.should be a good series and we should find out how good we are setting the tone for the season and hopefully a return to the postseason.

Really promising weekend overall. The frosh look like big time contributors offensively. I'm still concerned about the number of strikeouts by a few guys though, especially looking ahead to the guys who are going to throw for UF.

What a difference a year makes - these new freshmen are legit. The position players don't seem intimidated at all, handle the bat well and have some speed. And Cecconi and Gates clearly have a lot of potential, and it was nice to see most of the pitchers pounding the strike zone.

Got to win at least one against the Gators and battle/play well even in losing efforts.
