We have a maximum of 34 schollies allowed 25 regular and 9 EE (but remember we will need more attrition to make room for this many kids). We have 31 commits - assuming they all enroll, we have 3 open schollies left for the big guns.
In reality though, we will likely have at least 1 decommit and 1 grade casualty so the actual number is probably 5 or more open schollies. The number could go back down if we dont have as much attrition as projected.
I think we end up with 33 LOIs by Feb (including the 9 EEs).
