My garage door remotes were all acting crazy. They would work once but not a second time unless I used another remote. If the garage door was open and I hit the remote early it would go down but not back up so I'd use the outside keypad to get in. I searched the web and found one little mention that was similar to my problem. About 6 months or more ago I installed LED's in the two lights and the remotes worked fine until recently. The find said his LED's were transmitting and causing problems with his remotes. I replaced the LED's with old incandescent bulbs and now my remotes work perfectly. Weird since the LED's had been installed so long, I noticed one had a burnt mark on it so perhaps it was breaking down. I found incandescent bulbs on Amazon. Hope this helps anyone experiencing garage door remote problems. Have a blessed day and a great Christmas!

Maybe if you had a garage instead of a double wide, you'd appreciate this information. The latest available garage door light bulbs are LED's and as I stated mine worked for over 6 months before having a problem so finding the led's were the problem was fortunate.
