Spring practice officially comes to a close tonight. It's the last meaningful thing until the season starts and that's not for another 5 months. Discuss here.
With the buildup to this weekend's game, the school has been hyping the ever-loving **** out of the reveal for our new uniforms. The players all seemed to like them.

All we know now is this:
Everything is still hush-hush. Looks like 4 different combos; all green, all orange, "smoke", and storm-trooper. Yay. We'll know exactly at 5:00 PM. Once again, here's the schedule of events:
If the carnival on the field were anything like Bikini Kill's it would be a game changer:

Even though a Kathleen Hanna run carnival would be 10 times more bad ***, I'm alright with something that looks like this:
It's whatever...a good idea actually. Not like any you were psyched up about seeing our kick/punt coverage units anyway. It also cuts into one of the excuses for not going to the game by having something to keep your kids occupied with.

1. Andre Johnson, Clinton Portis, Lamar Thomas, & others inducted into UM Hall of Fame.
2. Ryan Williams expects to be back sometime this year.
3. The scoring system for this game is different than we're used to.

Sucks to see Ryan listed in that group of injured players. Hope he's able to bounce back. Duke and Yearby are said to be used in limited/controlled plays tonight so they'll be out there. Also, that's a lot of "OR's", especially on defense. No clue really who will be playing with who. Same with who certain players will be lining up against.
