Manny Diaz needs to pull trigger on Joe Brady as OC

I want Brady also just worried about him leaving for the NFL one year later

You can't worry about that at this point. We just need to get the camel's nose under the tent and make the transition to the direction we all know we need to go, and find the best guy possible who can do that. If we make the right hire and the guy leaves for greener pastures, so be it. At least we'll have made the transition, enjoyed a little success, laid the foundation with current players and recruiting, and then we just have to go out and make another good hire. Don't let tomorrow be the enemy of today.

Joe Brady makes perfect sense being that he is from south Florida and help Joe Burrow develop into a superior passer against elite competition. Young advance mind that mentored under Sean Payton.

The only way Joe Brady is leaving L$U for Miami is to be the head coach. Not saying he is qualified to be a head coach but that's probably the only way we get him.

Our fan base is really delusional.... I never understand why after the last 15 miserable years people think we're an elite top 3 program who can cherry pick the best coaches available. Brady can have any OC job in the country right now. Why would he come to a 6-6 Miami team lol

Y'all think we getting Brady? Lol That dude is the hottest name right now. There will be a bidding war and we won't be close to matching what LSU and these other programs will offer.

He would probably come here and jack it up to. The best thing we can do is get a real OL coach. You cant run any offense if your OL gives up 9 sacks to Duke. Whether are lousy offense or a Andy Reid's, no lineman, no likey.

2001 Canes gave up 3 sacks....ALL YEAR. That is how you win, with offensive lineman.
