true...i was probably on board with chick back then,,,but this guy does make a good analysis on patchan imo...to me, his best skill is his explosion off the line. It jumps out at you. Needs a lot more size- but 3, 4 years from now Scott Patchan should be making a lot of plays in the opposing teams' backfields.

1) No he didn't, that was a Miami fan created myth because we literally had NOTHING else positive to latch onto at the time

2) Even if he did, his performance in those practices and that game didn't illustrate a guy who exhibited explosion
