I would agree 100000000%. If the U wants to get on the map and bring respectability back to the school he MUST BE FIRED at the end of the bowl season. The man is way over his head in all categories of being a head coach. We are getting decent players but hardly no one is getting any player development. The OL play is bad, the leadership is completely non existent, he doesn't discipline players for ridiculous penalties, seems to be no challenge to the team to perform, he is a complete pushover to the officials, the players CANNOT tackle, he is a brutal day game coach, seems to get outcoached almost every game, rarely takes a FULL ACCEPTANCE to his inabilities to move this team forward, has a major resistance to insert younger players who are better than vets, years of senseless penalties, poor execution repeatedly, the team it ill prepared for big games, and just looks LOST every game on the sidelines. Keeping him on for another year will NOT move this program forward. Remember he is TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE for the program including the hiring of coaches, preparation, improvement, details, player development, leadership, and maintaining a high level of play. He had failed miserably in ALL categories and if UM really wants to get the program on track MANNY NEED TO GO NOW!

The concern shouldn't be Manny. The concern should be who hired Manny. Who paid $4MM for the rights to promote a DC from a failed regime? Who constantly fails here?
