Hartline to USF?

Jeff Scott. And good god has that guy fallen off. He was at the peak of WR recruiting and then failed miserably at USF.

I don't think he ever got back into coaching and he's now in real estate in SC.

With that said, I think Hartline has far more pedigree and can legit coach em up. Now don't know if he'll be a good HC but I do think he's at least a few rungs up the ladder compared to Scott.

He ll get top WR’s but he needs a **** of a lot more than just WR’s to win there

Odds are greater this "video" was dropped by Hartline and his staff directly than by a truly "unknown player".
