Kentucky and Arksamsas will never be able to consissbntly compete with UF,ALA,LSU,UGA **** even in Arkansas' heyday (the last 3 years) They barely out recruited Tenn. Arkansas has and will be irrelevant regardless of the money they have. The only reason they saw any prominence is because they got a Xs and Os genius in Petrino. Even then they werent recruiting lights out. Cal and Kentucky???? I mean you cant make this stuff.....
