For those saying Enos is gone for Michigan State in the next couple years...

Dantonio just got another year added in to his contract, now signed through 2025, approved by the board of trustees, and every February they can add another year to his contract.
Dantonio is not going anywhere unless he wants to, he will eventually retire there, which is great news for us if Enos does well, because he should be ours as long as we want him.

I just wanna know why Michigan State would want him. It’s similar to Miami fans wanting Mario as HC right after he failed at FIU. He would have to prove himself at another job first. Any reason Michigan State would want him other than being an alum? His opportunity at michigan State was doing well at CMU and he didn’t

Dantonio is happy in East Lansing and I would think Narduzzi would be the target if Dantonio does leave.

He said a factor in choosing Miami was the location. Said his family fell in love with miami at the orange bowl and on vacation earlier in the year.

After walking around in sandals during the winter it will be hard to go back to East Lansing

No kidding, especially this time of the year, you really can’t beat it down here weather-wise.

If Enos is the guy we hope (Gary Stevens 2.0), we wont have him long. His next upward move doesn't necessarily have to be his alma mater

Im just hoping he sticks around long enough to accomplish some things here...

Absolutely, even if he does leave in a few years due to doing well, hopefully he leaves a solid foundation and someone groomed for the position

The entire staff could be gone tomorrow (unlikely, but still).

It's the nature of CFB coaching. Here this morning, gone this afternoon.

If he’s going to accomplish some things he has to be successful and it has to be sustainable. OC/DC change is inevitable, most want HC jobs. If their good they go. But, if their good and help bring us back, good young coaches will want to get here. Funny how that works. Let’s pull for Enos, Baker, and their success. Just sayin’

I'm just looking for all of our coaches to be "upwardly mobile" again. We're at our best when our coaches are coveted. Means we're winning lots of games. Thankfully, guys like Manny and Enos seem to fit that mold.

Indeed. And it means good up and coming coaches will want to be here.

That door can swing both ways. If there’s a young guy groomed that wants to build his resume great but he might leave his mentor. But, there’s good young coaches in lower tier D1(Baker) that want to build their resume. So, it’s a win/win. Just sayin’
