We need driven coaches with teaching ability who are at the door letting a kids in no matter how early the kids shows up, watching film no matter how late the last kid leaves. Someone has to reset the bar of what hard work means until everyone is living in the facility taking nap to not miss anything. Those old players out worked the world; they were the Spartans of our time - on your shield or carrying it. The hype must be matched by the deeds. Yes the talent coming in matters, but it only becomes Canes by outworking frigging statan and Bama.
